The Big Dipper All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival has been a central Massachusetts tradition since 1989, attracting several thousand people over the years. All proceeds benefit the programs of Children’s Friend. Our mission is to improve the lives of children and those who love them. To accomplish this mission, our programs are designed to help children and families whose lives have been affected by difficulties including abuse, neglect, family instability, death, substance abuse, and mental, emotional and physical problems. We provide them with the highest quality of services designed to meet the mental and emotional needs of children and to strengthen families.
